Cities –

full of humanity.

Homelessness,

brokenness,

loneliness

abounds.

Negligence,

abandonment,

pain,

common.

Here lie opportunities.

Opportunities

to love,

to serve,

to shine hope

in the dark places.

Jesus did it.

He sat

with the homeless,

the broken,

the lonely.

He spoke words of life

to the forgotten,

the abused.

the hurting.

He loved.

He served.

He shone hope

in the dark places.

His call has always been

“Follow Me.”

just a little backdrop. been living in Phoenix AZ for the last number of weeks. I’ve seen alot of brokenness. this came as i was out walking on a gorgeously warm evening at sunset.
